At AJT Engineering, we offer a dedicated facility for disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly and testing. We work with a diverse range of pressure control and mechanical equipment. All processes are accredited to industry standards.

At AJT Engineering, we offer assembly and testing of new manufactured components following national, international and client specifications with 3rd party independent surveillance and inspection as required.

This service also includes disassembly of in service equipment followed by rigorous dimensional inspections and non-destructive testing activities in accordance with client specifications, after this a full repair cycle brings the components back to its original engineering specification and subsequent reassembly and testing.

Capabilities

Our capabilities include, 30,000 sq ft of workshop space with overhead cranes providing single lift capacity of 30Te and tandem lift to 40Te.

The factory sits within a 2.7-acre CCTV monitored compound, providing ample secure storage space for large components before and after refurbishment or manufacture.

Within the workshops are two dedicated pressure test bays with the capability of high-pressure hydro testing to 22,500psi, this is augmented by accumulator units to provide high volume pressure at 3000psi.

The mechanical fitting and testing area can accommodate components up to 150ft in length served by the tandem lift crane capacity; a full complement of mechanical torque equipment is on hand to facilitate both disassembly and reassembly of components.
