Precision machining capabilities
Our capabilities include 32,000 sq ft of machine shop area with overhead cranes allowing 25Te single lift and 40Te tandem lift.
AJT Engineering provides a well-equipped Toolroom, controlled by experienced technical personnel, the toolroom supports the machine shop through the preparation of special tooling requirements.
This additional capability ensures the successful execution of projects, fully in compliance with clients’ standards.
We have full CNC controlled machines designed for long-term accuracy including;
- Vertical Turning - Machining capacity of up to 3000mm diameter and 3000mm height.
- Horizonal Turning - Machining capacity of up to 1100mm diameter and 4000mm length.
- Horizontal Boring - Machining capacity of up to 4000mm X 2500mm X 2000mm.
- Machining Centres - Machining capacity of up to 4300mm X 1200mm X 1500mm.
